About Me

Hi there. I’m Aria Winter (she/her). I’m a lot like anybody else. I want to experience things; I want to learn things; I want to love and be loved. And, like anybody else, I want to make something of my time on earth. I want to make something special.

I live in a pretty big city settled in a forested river valley. I’m a bisexual, transgender woman, and a communist. I like reading various articles and sci-fi stories. I journal every day to keep myself sane. I spend time playing old video games, writing, or working on my constructed languages. Some of my favorite things are fungi, board games, old computers, sour gummy candy, black coffee, animals, and stationary. And none of these things actually tell you who I am. We’re looking at all the symptoms instead of investigating the cause. Oh well, you can only be so precise.

But one thing I know is that everything and everyone is irrevocably connected in a way that makes us whole. Even our technologies and habitats are extensions of our bodies. Every person is actually an amalgam. Do you believe that too? If you do, can you feel it? Can you feel the heartbeat in the power lines? I want to. Sometimes, I think I do. But it’s just got to be enough to just be a small part of this cyborg superorganism.

Life is hard, so remember to be kind.
I hope you have a good .
