hi there. you can call me aria. i'm a lot like anybody else: i want to experience things; i want to learn things; i want to love and be loved. and i want to make something of my time on earth. there's little hope for me, but i keep trying anyway...

one thing i know is that everything is connected; connected in a way that makes us all complete. do you believe that too? and can you see a friend's smile in a stranger's scowl? can you hear a lover's laughter in the birdsong? can you feel a mother's heartbeat in the powerlines? i want to. sometimes, i think i do. but, like i said, there's little hope for me. it's just got to be enough to be part of this cyborg totality.

this site is just where i talk about what i'm working on. i might share stuff here too when i have anything i think is worth sharing. (this is also responsive to your o.s. preferred color scheme. it has both light and dark themes.) thanks for visiting my site. ^-^

what am i working on?

• my friends and i are working on a videogame. it will play a bit like a little to the left. specifically, i'm helping make assets and writing the code. we haven't worked on this very much recently. just to say, don't wait up. (i think this game could still be really good though.)
• i'm writing a collection of science fiction short stories based on myths. i'm really excited about this project. presently establishing a writing schedule and collecting myths.
• i'm playing all the campaigns in heroes of might and magic 3. this game is very nostalgic for me. i started playing it again and realized i had never touched the campaigns. so my quest was conceived. i think it is a very good game; probably the best in the series.
